TP3 Form

1. The TP3 form is now available in the system, allowing administrators to record an employee’s previous employment information.

2. This form includes the following sections:

   1. Previous Employer Information

   2. Employee’s Information

   3. Details of Remunerations/EPF/ZAKAT/MTD

   4. Remuneration Deduction

   5. Employee’s Declaration

3. The information captured in the TP3 Form will be used in the Monthly Tax Deductions (MTD) calculation, where applicable.

Improvements

Onboarding Template

1. Administrators can now create and save an Onboarding Checkbox Template based on the selected enabled and required fields.

2. This enhancement allows administrators to:

   1. Reuse predefined onboarding field sections without having to configure the same settings repeatedly.

   2. Select a specific onboarding template when sending the Onboarding template to the new joiners.

OT Rates

1. Overtime Rules
   

   

   • Additional OT rate options are now available under Overtime Rules, providing administrators with flexibility when configuring overtime calculations.

2. Timesheet
   

   

   • Administrators can now view the OT rates directly under the Overtime tab in the Timesheet for the approved OT and Auto OT.
